I am a former NCAA Division 1 Athlete. I played at St. Bonaventure University in Western New York and graduated with a degree in Journalism/ Mass Communications. Growing up I was always an active kid but never really "athletic". As I got older my love for the game grew and grew until I wanted to pursue it at the highest level I could. Unfortunately, I suffered a couple of injuries during my University years which ultimately lead to my decision to stop playing the game I loved.
After graduating I returned to Toronto ON where I started coaching at Winstars Soccer Academy (the same academy that helped me get my scholarship). I was able to help over 80 players between 2015-2020 go to various post secondary schools throughout North America. Some players even professionally overseas.
2020 was an interesting time for all of us. I took time away from the game and let myself go physically as well. A year later I decided to change all that. Since 2021 I have been working a lot more to improve my health and can confidently say that I am now in the best shape of my life. I am also back to playing the sport I love at a decent level.
My goal is to help others improve their aspects of fitness, primarily athletes, and cut out the unnecessary mistakes that I had personally made along the way.
